The Commercial Credit Women’s Basketball Team emerged overall champions of the 10th Ram Ratnavale MSBA Knockout Basketball Tournament 2015 beating the Nations Trust Bank Team 42-39 in a nail-biting and keenly played match at the Henry Pedris Courts recently. The champion team comprises (L to R) Sandunika Wijesekera, Dewni Himansani, Taniya Fernando, Mishika Gunawijeya, Erandi Rajapakshe, Kaushika Warnasooriya, Thushani Rajapakshe, Captain Prasadi Fonseka and Vindya Jayasinghe. The team is coached by Panduka Ranasinghe (extreme right). Also in the picture (extreme left) is Faizal Deva, the incumbent President of the Mercantile Services Basketball Association.
